Return Policy
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong product, size, or design
The item is damaged, defective, or has a printing error
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Note: Custom or personalized jerseys (with name/number printing) cannot be returned unless the mistake is on our side.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days
Refunds can be processed via bKash, Nagad, or store credit, depending on your preference
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error
Exchange Option
If you ordered the wrong size, we can help you exchange it (subject to stock availability).
Please note: You will need to cover the return and reshipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Custom-printed jerseys (name/number)
Discounted or clearance sale items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
